Hi, I can finish your project in one day. All I need is to verify you have a PIR sensor and a servo or PWM motor and the project can be simulated in Proteus and tested on real device. If your motor would exert heavy load, you may also need H-Bridge driver. I hope we can discuss it further. Have a good day

Sir I have already made a same project. Fan speed is controlled by a lm35 and the fan automatically starts on human presents. I did that on a copper strip bord. But i can make a pcb with proteus 8.3. If you want i can modify the code as you want
