My Disciple App

The App is being developed to enable the centralized assignment 2 - 12 people to A mentor. Every summer, approximately 1000 mentors graduate a mentorship training program and each week, 40 - 75 people need mentors assigned to them. However, there is a disconnect between the people requiring mentorship and the available mentors. My Disciple App aims to facilitate assigning "Disciples" to Disciple Makers," and managing the training and education of the Disciples. My intent is for the App to be to be uniques to individual institutions and those institutions to have controlled pairing of their people. No organization should be allowed to access people in other organization unless the person voluntarily transfers from one institution to another institution and given a unique identifier to gain access to the new body they are joining. I would like to create a demo to present this idea to my leadership for evaluation.
