The App is a peer to peer marketplace application that connects individuals (task requesters and workers) for the purpose of outsourcing specific geo-localized errands within a specific timeline. Requesters post jobs by entering description, deadline and payment information (credit card, paypal). Workers are able to find work around their area with map view. The app must use the phone's GPS feature and Google Maps API for location information. Workers apply for the job and requesters "award" the work to the chosen worker. Worker may communicate with requester during the errand and/or ask for more time directly via the app. Worker submits the work using message system (with file attachment option) and gets paid once work is approved by requester (again via the in-app). Workers get paid via Paypal once minimum amount of earnings is reached. Work must be performed within specific deadline therefore the app will have a timer with countdown feature. Worker may request for extension of time which requester must approve. Errands may include taking photos of an establishment, menu, corner street, etc. or waiting in line, picking up dry cleaning, check inventory in a store, etc. A two-way review system allows the community to make better decisions on the choice of workers and/or requesters.
