Energy Hive API, IFTTT Alexa, Smart Switch Looking to have an app (probably IFTTT) on Alexa that can access our solar monitor ([login to view URL] - Instant readings) and switch a smart plug on and off. - Poll the solar system, say every 15 minutes. - Calculate from the 2 sensors (Main Load and Solar generation) if there is excess power, between 2 levels) - switch on Smart outlet (E.g. TP-Link Smart Wi-Fi Plug) via Alexa - Turn off the switch if the power Main Load is a specified level above the Solar generation. The solar generation will likely be only 2/3 of the load. - Operate within a specifid time period )E.g. 9am to 5pm More details on the parameters and expected operation can be given. Parameters need to be adjustable.
