Linux system administrator required to fix Plesk upgrade

I upgraded to Plesk 12 as recommended by service provider but now all my services are down. I cannot event get to Plesk panel as it gives 403 Forbidden. Apache is not starting as it complains about some directories for atmail not being there. I need an experience administrator to put this right.
