My friend is just too busy to find himself a nice girl(European/Latin American/Asian)

I am doing a favor for a friend of mine. He is busy, would like to be in a relationship but never meets girls because he does not get out enough to meet them. He is also a bit picky. Therefore I am looking for someone in a European country (I guess Japan, China and Latin America is also good), but it would be best if she was already an EU member. He is 48 and prefers younger girls (20-35) for personal reasons, one of them being he would like a family if he got married again. He´s a good guy, friendly, looks good for his age. The girl should also love nature and cats. So I am looking for someone who has connections/ a lot of female friends or even one who is the right girl so they can talk and get to know each other. Not sue how I pay for a project like this, we´ll discuss that in chat. P.S. I also realize people will wodner why myself or our friends hook him up in Austria, and there are several different reasons for that; A) we live in a smaller town, and B) people frosiam different countries are usually interesting and make for a fun relationship.
