I need a VFX artist to make a fake talking alligator feel as real as possible

I have a VFX job that I need an extremely talented individual or team to help with. We are looking for an artist who can work on 2-3 shots for a commercial we are working on. We want the puppet in the linked video to feel much more real. Please kindly only apply if you know you can make the subject look as real, if not more, than this reference [login to view URL] The elements we are looking for are listed below, but we are very open and want to encourage your ideas as well. - Make the alligator blink a couple of times - Help make the mouth movement look more natural - Have some steam coming off of the gator - Have water dripping off teeth, and down the body - Make the gator's skin look more moist, smooth, and overall just more real, by adding breathing and subtle movements - Make the teeth and tongue feel more real. Attached, is a sample that I received from another post-production house. As it was free, I definitely wouldn't expect it to be the final product, but I would say this is about 25% enough in terms of what it needs to be. I like the water dripping from the teeth, and I like the subtle movements of the mouth, but other elements are super rough looking, like the masking, steam, blinking, and general morphing. I just want to be sure that you guys are able to get this looking roughly "75%" better than this. Here's the most up-to-date cut we're looking at. We need to apply these touch-ups to all the gator shots. And we need to actually fully replace or rework the shot at 0:22 where the wallet comes out of the mouth. The client wants to create an insert where the gator whips the wallet out of its mouth in a swing motion. This could either be a close-up, an entirely new shot, or potentially have the current shot, but the mouth swings up and the wallet exits. We understand this is a new shot and not just a remaster, so please give us the best final quote you can to get this job done, and I will try to get it approved in the next day or so.
