Eu tenho um aplicativo feito em ionic 2 que já faz isso. Eu consigo que seu usuário se registre ou faça login usando facebook ou registro normal ( usuário e senha). Posso adaptar para armazenar os dados que você precisa. Se for somente para iOS o login com g+ também funciona no mesmo sistema. Consigo entregar o mockup do código rápido e te suportar no fim da implementação. O meu login funciona com integração no backend.
