Create an Uber Eats like Android/iOS applications for renting, selling, and transporting equipment from seller/renter to buyer. Separate delivery/mobilization app for transportation company. Dashboard for supplier. DESCRIPTION: Build a multi-vendor sale/rental platform for construction equipment similar to the Uber Eats concept of ordering and delivering using drivers. Suppliers can display their equipment for rent or sale and buyers/renters can view, favorite, request quotation, and or add to cart. Negotiations can go back and forth between buyer and supplier. Documents can be uploaded about the equipment being rented for legal purposes and both suppliers and buyers/renters can track equipment and operator activities such as overtime, break downs, invoicing, quotations, and extension of contract beyond the agreed upon date. Each equipment can be accompanied by an operator if necessary and will need a timesheet to track work/equipment operation hours. Supplier can deliver the equipment for a delivery fee; the buyer/renter can pick it up themselves; or either party can use a third party driver with the right vehicle/transport. If they need an outside delivery person like in Uber Eats then after product has been ordered and confirmed the request for delivery will go out to a delivery/mobilization company that will pick up and drop off the equipment. Different types of vehicles will be necessary depending on the Size of the equipment crane, tractor, bulldozer, generator, etc. Invoices/bills will be issued after agreement. Adjustments/discounts or price changes can be made before issuing the invoice if necessary. The platform will allow third party companies to integrate via API. Multiple languages (2) will be needed for the platform. The platform should have various reports including number of sales, income, location tracking, timesheets, breakdown, favorites, payments, fees, etc. COMPONENTS: Featured backend to manage app, payments and transactional mails. Hi there, I have read everything carefully and checked the attached word document to understand all the features/functionality of this VERY big App project, so we can surely work on this project but unfortunately this project cannot be done in US $5,000, as this is very low budget as compare to the overall features/functionality or scope of work, so please let me know if you are flexible in your budget, we can then proceed.
