I would like someone to develop a 3D shoot 'em up computer game with me, created as an Android app.
I will provide a list of characters and arenas, as well as other useful pieces of media and written word.
The game will be relatively simple at first, just an easy way for players to login online and play against each other / bots.
After the first release, we will begin agile development, introducing more characters and arenas to play within over the year.
The game will be free with adverts until it is sufficiently developed and making enough money that we can start work on a paid-for version which includes plenty of additional features, including storyline mode.
Knowledge of how to incorporate advertising sales and publish in Google App Store would be a bonus, but I am willing to hire outside help for that if a strong applicant has previous skill in mobile game development.
I will offer the creator 50% of all earnings, as well as £200/pcm for the first 5 months.
I expect the 1st release to be ready after 5 months, if not already published. It does not need to be a masterpiece, only good enough to encourage free downloads of the early releases.
After the first 5 months [AUG 2015], I reserve the right to change developer and retract the 50% of earnings if I am not satisfied with the results. However, circumstances permitting, if I am satisfied with development after the first 5 months I will be happy to agree to a permanent 50% royalty with the developer which can never be retracted.
If the income generated from the published app exceeds £400/pcm, I will no longer pay the developer £200/pcm.
I will require the creator to sign a document agreeing to these terms. I am open to negotiation if you have any suggestions.
Thank you for your submission and please accept my apologies if I am not able to reply.
