Point of Sale Odoo 10, Print with Bluetooth Thermal Printer On Android Tablet

To develop an app on Odoo 10 that will allow printing POS receipts from Android tablet with a connected Bluetooth thermal printer. Please Note: 1-The tablet is connected to Odoo server on GSM so it's not on the same network as Odoo server 2- When I click print, Odoo does not recognize my Bluetooth printer 3- I don't want use POSBOX So the new deloped app should fix the following Issue: 1- Odoo to recognize the Bluetooth printer and allow it to print the receipts when using Odoo "Point of Sale" module even if we are accessing Odoo outside the local network.
