Need a simple iphone/android game to be programmed and published

I have this simple torture game i want to be programmed and published on the app store. The design/animations will be delivered on monday, so only the programming should be done. The game will start with a splash screen, where you can start the game or view your personal high scores. When you start, you need to select a character (you can select from 3, each has the same 9 weapons to torture and 1 special weapon). Then the game exists of four stages, each stage having 1 person to be tortured. You will have 30 seconds to torture, and can torture with the 10 weapons at hand...the special weapon will only be availble the last 5 seconds. The weapons have a random hit (so a knive between 5-10, a gastank 10-20). If the victim dies you go to the next stage. You can extend the live of the victim by giving morphine (you have to tap fast on the morphine button), so you can gain more points. After the killing an ad should be shown for 5 seconds. After you kill tree victims, you will get a bonus round when you have more then 1000 points. In the end your points will be on the highscore. So the app should be availble on both app stores, supporting a ad after each victim dies. I need to get instructed how i can do this (monetize it) and publish it. We have a maximum till friday, so then it should be done. All the animations and effects you will get. The only programming is the stages, the right animation with the sound files, the local storage of the highscore and the random hitpoints. Really easy project
