Hi,
We are looking for an INDIVIDUAL FREELANCER ONLY and strictly 'NO AGENCIES/GROUP'. We are looking for someone who is a FULL TIME freelancer or can give at the least 6 HRS DAILY for our work.
We basically are looking for long term partners. So we will be evaluating more than one freelancer at the same time. We might award the same work to more than one freelancer at the same time just to see who is best to work forward. At any point of time where we will not be satisfied with the work, we will close the contract with the particular individual paying him/her the remuneration of the work done till then. There will be an evaluation of the work done and before the payment.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, humble, dedicated towards delivering quality over quantity and ready to stretch his/her limits in todays competitive world. One should have a responsible attitude rather than a blaming one.
With time if we like your services, attitude and approach towards solving a problem and if you like working with us, we might work towards hiring you full time.
