- iOS app and an Android app created in Flutter/Dart.
- iOS and Android app rejection support for free
- Help getting Android application launch on Play store and iOS on Apple's store
- Launch of website and admin in hosting server
- CRUD operations for every page and function
- Source code needs to be clearly documented/commented.
- 5 Simple Logos to choose from for the app encapsulate our mission. (Our company name is HT and emphasis on using AI to revolutionize everything we do.)
- QA: Testcases and Automation test report (Selenium, and API)
- CI setup and ready to go.
Product Design:
- Support multiple users. Prefer support 1000K concurrent users. (100K companies 10 users each)
- Serverless technology preferred.
- Support Multi Language. All strings need to be in one file for easy i18n internationalization
- Implement Feature Toggles for every feature. On/Off switches for each feature is in a centralized file per entity to allow easy customization
- Proper documentation on any assumptions, functionalities, and APIs.
- Secure connections and HTTPS for the web
- SQL injection proof coding structure

o Review History on hours, number of employees, weather, temperature, and earning for last x period for a maximum of 5 years.
o How much is made per employee per period.

Everyone in the company can
- View a calendar to see who is working and the weather forecast on the top corner.
- Simple Weather report/forecast showing high/low temperature, and rain or shine symbol on calendar view.
- Reminders: Holidays should be automatically setup as a reminder and manager can setup reminders to be sent to everyone.
- Chat with each other or in a group chat
- Make direct call to other users within the app
Manager/Owner can
- Login
- Define roles needed for their company.
- Enter Shift/Hours/Employee#/# of each role needed for each day and shift.
- Add new users
- Assign roles for each new employee. One employee can have multiple roles
- Add wage for this new employee
- View all employee’s availability on one page to help with hiring decisions.
- Enter daily earning per shift or just per the day
- Rate the performance of the shift of the two people working.
- In auto scheduling, poor performance matches should be prevented (as a scheduling method)
- Employee pairing Preferences: Who should not work together.
- Switch shifts among employees and affected employees get notified.
- Create automatic schedules and choose to optimize for cost saving, maximize specific roles, maximize performance, choose employee preferences, choose employer preferences.
- Mark each one with their importance: Critical, Important, Good to have, Not Important
- See GPS location of the employee
