Build me a mobile application for iOS and Android -- 2

For a long time now I have the idea and the dream to create an application that will help, inform and educate people what kind of food is appropriate and healthy for them! I know that such applications are already available worldwide, but in Bulgaria no one has yet thought of trying this innovative way to quickly "read the label" and show whether a product is of good quality or not. My idea is to use the mobile app to scan the product barcodes and use the pre-created scale to release harmful and useful ingredients into it. I am aware that in order to realize this idea, the application needs to be loaded with a large database and overall it is a rather adventurous project, but I think it would ultimately reap great success among young people who are increasingly striving to live healthy and think about the composition of the foods they buy and consume. As additional application options, each person will personally create their own profile and accordingly add height, weight, and whether they suffer from a disease that requires a specific diet in order to create an algorithm to avoid certain types of ingredients in foods. For example, a person suffering from diabetes - after scanning a product containing sugar, will be alerted and notified of the sugar content in it, etc. In order to get started we have to add the mass market database and also I need to consult with doctors, nutritionists and people with knowledge in the food industry. Separately, there will be an option to comment on each product and the opinions of different people about it, plus a rating bar of 1 to 5 stars for individual products. I understand the complexity of the project and I will be glad to work with ambitient and positive person/people!
