Build me an app Video Feed Service - Android

We need an Android app Screen built which will allow the user to post videos and their friends to view comment like and share the video in a feed format, one after another. And also in addition to that we also need an option in this which will show user the videos related to the topics he liked. So basically there one user feed service which has two tabs one allows user to view videos from the people he/she follows and other shows video related to the topics they are interested in. While posting a video a user can add a description, tags, location; and the max video limit will be 2 mins. An user can like comment and share the video as a link to other platforms and as a direct video on the same app like sharing an instagram story. All the videos posted will be stored into database inside the user's bucket and will also be displayed in the profile along with likes and comments and also in the user's profile it should display the number of total likes of all the videos the user have posted and number of all the comments.
