Build me an android app

I’m a businessman.I belong to a huge family based in different parts of India. I want an app personally developed and designed for my family. From years my family is having a directory cum magazine in which we can get all the details eg: name,ancestors,where we are currently residing and so on. So, now we want to move a bit digital and turn those pages into one app where we can get a complete knowledge about our family without turning pages only by searching in our own family [login to view URL] cum directory is very sorted. So, it’s easy to get all the details to make this app. P.s. We don’t want it to be a public accessible app. Only available to our family. So, login console is must. No publishing on Google play store. Only .apk files available for our family. And every user of family can access it with their unique id and password.
