Android/IOS APP (B4A/B4I environment only)

The project requires the source-code of implementations carried out.
To display three lists, I need to create an APP using B4A/B4I environment only.
The APP will have 3 lists:
* the first list (A) has 20/25 elements retrived via WebService (XML UTF-8) {news}
Clicking on each entry of list (A), a flat-list (like attachment Details_List_1) must be shown.
Title, subtile, date and text (XML format in attachment)
No more actions are needed.
* the second list (B) has 10/15 elements retrived via WebService (XML UTF-8)
Clicking on each entry of list (B), a flat-list (like attachment Details_List_2) must be shown.
Clicking on the entry of Details_List_2, we have the last form (image Details_List_2_LAST) only for data show.
No more actions are needed.
* last need is a form to ask to the end-user to fill 15/20 fields (text and combobox) and send data to the server after a check, using a WebService call.
* title of the lists and all data must be read using a WebService (XML UTF-8) call.
Layout acceptance before coding is mandatory.
A Google banner will be displayed in the bottom part of the APP. Devices could have different screen resolution.
Daily result communication via email is very-very appreciated.
