Hello Sir, Gone through your requirement I can make an android app as mentioned . 1) App will have a calendar, where appointments can be made by selecting date ( Appointment description, title, client name can be added) , Once booked, the app calendar will show default color. 2) For Appointment reports, the user can view based on date (last 30days/monthly/ weekly/ from date -to date) and view the details of unpaid appointments . The report can be exported too. 3) As mentioned by you, the user can update the appointment status of the as "open/paid/closed/Cancel ), and related color codes will be applied to that date.
