Basics App for Android smartphones, compatible from version 7 up to today If possible, future iPhone app Available in google play Ease of use No of users abt 200 per event, tags per event abt 200, event duration abt 12 hours server side for sure open source Functional description First run user need to connect to an event, user can be connected only to one event on time the user scans QR code hand out by the organizer, the QR code has server address and credentials/token the app confirms the connection of user, only one app can be connected per credential/token Main functions NFC scanning permanently in background, or if not possible after unlocking as soon as a tag get scanned the app should show the tag name/number with visual and sound feedback the list of scanned tags should be synced to server as soon as it is possible (data connection). each scanned tag should get date and time of scan and gps location the user can view a list of scanned tags and shows if the list is synced with the server the user can remove/delete the event (check out) Server small easy backend for apache (maybe php+mysql?) receiving/syncing data from clients data output in simple format or mysql To be checked encryption or protection of nfc against copy/cl0ne. possibility of build in gps tracker with traccar protocol for live tracking of users [login to view URL]
