AWS Developer needed for creating serverless backend by using AWS

Currently we have a RESTful APIs back-end(in .Net Core) for web application and mobile application.
We would like to re-develop the entire back-end into a serverless back-end by using AWS/Azure services. The current back-end is not in production yet, so we wants to re-develop the entire back-end from monolithic to microservices in serverless architecture on AWS/Azure.
Responsibilities
- Study the current API structure and convert it into a serverless microservices architecture.
- Preferred AWS but Azure is still considerable.
- We preferred to utilize as much services as possible in a single platform, for example, for AWS services, we would like to stick everything on AWS such as AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon Cognito and etc in order to deliver the full solution.
- You must have completed at least one serverless application
- Write documentation and guideline to configure the back-end
- Able to constantly communicate with us to make sure we are always in the same page.
- We expect the candidate will fully take care of those tasks/responsibilities of the entire back-end development including database, so you need suggest the best practices/approach to complete the project.
- CI/CD preferred.
General functionalities
- Customer to search restaurants based on location, availability and tags with our multifunctional search tool.
- Customer can make online reservation and enjoy benefits which offered by the restaurant owner.
- Customer can provides inputs such as comments, rating, photos and etc.
- Business owner can manage their business page provides up-to-date information to customers.
- Business owner can create online reservation which offer discount to customers.
- Administrator can perform CRUD on all content and settings in the admin panel.
- Trigger push notifications to mobile app.
- Send email upon requests such as notifications or confirmations.
- Authentication/Authorization with social media integration.

Basically we have 3 major roles in this application
-Admin
-Business Owner
-Customer
And we are going to have 3 different applications which consume the backend apis
Web Admin Panel - For Admin & Business Owner
Mobile app - For Customer
Official Website - For Customer
Web admin panel - It used by admin for general CRUD such as businesses, users, approvals, vouchers, memberships and etc. For business owner, they can perform CRUD on business profile, offers, vouchers and etc.
Mobile app & Official website - Customer will use the mobile app to search restaurants, make reservation, comments, rating, manage own account and etc.
Overall, the backend need to be support for above usages.
And the backend is not in production yet, so most of the things can be changed based on your suggestions including the database.
