Looking for a Long-Term Book Cover Designer for both Publishing Business (Kindle/KDP)

Hello, We are looking for a book designer that will create beautiful front and back covers that stand out amongst the rest. We are an established publishing company focused in the non-fiction / health & fitness category. Currently we have about 27 new books designs to get done at the moment, however this number will only be scaling up as the months go by. We are looking for one book cover designer that will join our team and will help us handle all of our designs in-house. We are only looking for only one because we want to make sure we have consistancy amongst all our branded books and all of our designs we will be needing in the future. So, you are bidding a long-term / quite a large contract that will ensure a steady flow of continual repeat buisness. What I'm looking for in this job posting: - A designer that will seek to understand what the book is about and create a catchy and appealing book cover (for Kindle KDP) that stands out amongst the rest of the books in the space (delivered in JPEG, PNG or PDF Format). - A designer that will not mind making a few revisions and will be open to constructive feedback. Also, It is not mandatory to have experience designing covers for Kindle, however you will have to learn how to design them based on their specific requirements. However, experience in this field would definitely help. Please make sure to show me your portfolio, as I would love to see some of the previous works you have done. Also, let me know what value you could bring to our team and our company and how you can relieve us from some of the design challenges we face. You are bidding for 1 job but the potential to get A LOT more work! Since we do a large volume of books each and every month which will be contracted to you, our budget is typically $15.00 USD per book design.
