I am new as a host on AirBnB. I have a old house that has 8 rooms. I would like someone to help me setup my offering on AirBnB. Most of the time I want people to rent bedrooms with full access to the kitchen and amenities of the house. Something that looks more like a youth hostel,. In other circumstances, I want people to be able to rent the entire house for a flat rate. This would be for example during the holiday season, I also want help on how to determine a fair price for travellers based on what is offered on the market nearby. Thanks for your help!
