Design an Advertisement -- 3

Looking for a ad to advertise a website. Image needs to be 600x450. I have previous examples of previous ads that you can use for a basis. I will give you ideas for what should be on the ad but you need to create it. because someone had been stealing my ads and photoshopping their own information on them this ad text needs to be difficult to photoshop out, like text over a background image so anyone trying to copy and paste would ruin the background image. Previous ad creators have charged $30 so I'm looking for bids around $30
