Extra for 1 min shooting of video clip in Japan

I'm working on a 4 min short video clip and I need an extra actor, under the following conditions: - Female, white (Caucasian). - Age: 18-30 - Must be able to speak Japanese (there is a short line to be said in Japanese) - Must be located in Japan and able to travel to Tokyo The appearing time in the final video is about 30 seconds. The total time needed would probably be one-two hours including preparations.
