MBA-level Budgets Descriptions & Explanations

Hello there. This is a very simple task. In the attached Excel File you see 10 Budgets for ABC-Co for 6 months. (January (winter) to June (summer)). ABC-Co is producing bicycles. First, please make sure, that indeed all budgets are correct! The cells highlighted in light blue were calculated by me, all other numbers were given. Is this all correct? Your job is to write 9 pages of text about those budgets. Keep the order of the budgets - use the budget names as headlines. Insert the tables and graphs accordingly (which does NOT count as part of your 9 pages to be written!). Note: if you think adding another graph to support your writing: GREAT! Please do so! (I will consider this for a bonus!) Next, please comment in detail on each of the budgets in terms of: - what is each budget used for? / why is it all in separated budgets, what is the advantage of using separate budgets? - the values displayed there; (how were they derived, what caused the numbers? - stick to the most important ones!) - the trends (what is increasing or decreasing) (if it helps, add trend lines to the included graphics, I did it in a few graphs already); - why this may be happening? (think of seasonal aspects for example...); - whether this displays an organization which is under control and being managed in the right manner (i.e. is the cash used most efficiently, etc.) Lastly, summarize your findings by explaining "What is your opinion of this company?". Use 3 or more citations per page, use footnotes (!), cite properly (use the Harvard Business School Citation Guide showing how to correctly cite from what source - see attached!), also add a screenshot of the source you used (cover of the book & imprint page / or website page / AND text section you cited from!). NO plagiarism, no copying!!! Use your own words! Cite verbatim where necessary, but then show it in a footnote! I use various strong plagiarism checkers, if I find anything unoriginal you will not be paid AND you will get VERY negative feedback PLUS a complaint with Freelancer.com. Use at least 10-12 academic (!) sources, NOT Wikipedia, NOT Investopedia - real academic texts (books, scholarly articles, text books, PDFs, references to the bicycle industry ...), and put them together in a correct Bibliography format, as described in the Harvard Business School Citation Guide!). Note: NO Introduction, NO Methodology, NO Conclusion sections required. Write only this part on the budget as described. Only correct English is acceptable! You have up to 10 days to do the job.
