Epub book display problems need correcting and validating

I have an epub book (see attached) that has been created but has some display problems and I need them amending so that the book flows properly without any issues. It will need validating at: [url removed, login to view] so that it can be uploaded to [url removed, login to view] and sold on itunes etc.
