Affiliate Website Script

I would like to start selling affiliate websites. I would like a script easily customizable because I am going to be selling it over, and over again. Similiar to what this person does. I would like pretty much all the features to be the same, but I wish to be able to change the script around very easily, so I can sell many different sites. I am not a web designer, or anything, so it must be easy to change, and distrubute. The budget is tight, take that into consideration. I am also looking for someone to build another affiliate website script, powered by ebay, with all the features the first one had, but with live feed of real products goin on, on ebay. Also it should use google adsense, if you can do one or both of the websites I desire let me know. There is no time limit on these projects, but the budget is tight like I mentioned.
