Create mobile compatible website using existing content

Hi, I'm looking for an hourly rate and an estimated time for conversion of existing websites to make them mobile compatible. Ideally I would like a price per page and the coder's ideas on the best way to implement the use of the mobile site. We have several sites already in need of conversion and we expect more when we begin full scale marketing in the new year. The ideal candidate would be someone who could show us previous examples of this kind of work and who would be willing to work with us for the foreseeable future. Thanks for your time
