Create one single landing page

Dear Coder, We need a single webpage. It's an easy job. Name of webpage: [login to view URL] The webpage uses old HTML technology and is very similar to <[login to view URL]> Please see the enclosed jpg image of the webpage. For the new webpage, [login to view URL], we need the TOP part of the URL-page, and the bottom part is made according to the text in the word document enclosed. Make sure the 'look and feel' of the text is very very similar as the look and feel of the [login to view URL] website. However, do NOT include any menu or menu items. In the word document there is a reference to a number of images (square boxes). These images should be made by yourself (with the text as stated in the word document). The images of the credit card logos should be downloaded at the respective websites on the Internet.
