Asterisk voice broadcast

In this project, we like to develop a turnkey voice broadcast system using open source telephony platform Asterisk, MSSQL server database and .net or php web program and a web service to control and run schedule based events. In this project, we will use an algorithm to nominate a large number of phone numbers listed in a MSSQL database and create one or multiple call files to send to Asterisk. Every phone number might be called based on a unique dial plan inside Asterisk or created dial plans on the fly. Once calls are made, we need CDR information to be reported back to the MSSQL database. For redundancy, we need CDR information to be both stored in Asterisk database and MSSQL database. for more informaiton please review the attached file.
