Clean Up

My website pages need to be checked for accessibility and usability. The website is [login to view URL] There are several concerns I can point out myself which need solving: 1. Navigation bar sometimes makes page jump. 2. The click function on the navigation bar: nav bar does not stay open to allow for proper navigation of the menu. Instead it directly jumps to the top tab linked page. (This is the case on the homepage which I modified for purpose of illustration, on other of the site I have omitted putting a link on the first tab). 3. Can you point out if I need IE fixes to pages anywhere? and if so which. 4. Please check all pages in 22 inch screen, if necessary correct div layout. 5. Please clean up code on all template pages. This website has about 10 templates where the changes should be made. We use Article Manager 2.1 for our CMS.
