Amazon co.uk New product detail Bulk Upload

I need a working spreadsheet template created for an amazon item, that is not in the catalogue, and i can only add to my inventory by "creating a product details page" this is my 3rd attempt at getting someone who can do this, the other 2 have failed. IF you have actually sucessfully managed to create amazon templates, that upload new items, then please bid, however your timescale must be kept to. Please not these items are not in the amazon catalogue, they are posters and canvas designs.
