Hello, Good day. If you have cPanel access, and/or have MySQL database access, it's a task of a 5 minutes. If you have not MySQL database access, you need to install a fresh copy of WordPress admin with existing wp-content, then it needed time. If you have MySQL database access i am ready to do this task for only $10, please hire me for that. If you have no access to MySQL database, then it needed 2 hours to retrieve new password.
