Custom Plugin Work Needed for WP site

I have come part way through building a Wordpress site. Most CSS and content work is complete BUT I need two separate menus which depend on who is logged in as private. Site needs a menu with all dropdown / sub menu items showing in horizontal layout as this site: [login to view URL] I need 3 various types of users. Each type requires a a unique submenu below the primary menu as attached. There will be Private login / permission pages for Clients and Mentors. BOTH Clients and Mentors, after login, will view their own menu bar with sub menus in horizontal layout like primary menu above it. The public pages will still be able to be viewed but if logged in the Private Pages Sub Menus would always be visible. Each of the private secondary menus will access private pages as attached. Once this is complete or at same time I need the below work done as well: 1) Facebook Connect Login access 2) Several Gravity Forms will need to be placed in site 3) There will be two plugins that i will need implemented to show in both public and private pages: 1-EVENTS CALENDAR PLUGIN .
