Creating a custom plugin to allow to set a custom title for certain category pages

Project Description: My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.5.1, using the theme Weaver II Pro 1.3.2.1 The site has 127 active plugins. My test site is [login to view URL] Among other, I use All in One SEO Pack 1.6.15.3 [login to view URL] This plugin allows me to set: "Category Title Format" The "Category Title Format" set is the same structure for all categories. I need something else: 1. The default "Category Title Format" would be the one I set in All in One SEO Pack 2. I need to be able to set custom titles for specific categories. 3. If no specific title is chosen for a category, the default title will take place, For this I need freelancer to create a custom plugin, or modify an existing one. I found several plugins that from their description should be able to do what I need, but I could not make them work: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Freelancer can chose to make one of them work, or create another plugin. Freelancer should send me a custom plugin for me to install on test site. Work should stand theme upgrades and wordpress upgrades. I shall install the revised plugin on a test site and when successful on the live site. Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
