Create Wordpress Plug In

*Important, please quote the word "wordpress" at the top of your application in order to be considered for this position.* I would like to create a Wordpress Plug In that helps local businesses get more "likes" on Facebook or "follows" on Twitter and that kind of thing. I would like it to work like this: When someone arrives on the wordpress site, a box pops up (after a few seconds) and requests a "like" on Facebook. The customer would have the option to just click the "like" in the pop up and this would instantly mean they have liked the page. The slight twist on this is that I would like the customer to be able to give special offers and discounts to people who click the "like". This way the customer would have an incentive. It could work really simply with a secret code revealed after the "like" has been clicked. It would be helpful if this could be easily updated by the customer with new offers and things.
