Course Time Requirements

I use wp courseware (wordpress plugin) for online courses.
I need a course timer that would require minimum 50 mins per module:
1. Specific time in a lesson before going to a quiz or the next lesson. Or maybe just specific time in a Module before going to the next.
2. Specific time in the course as a whole before being able to receive a certificate (certificate creation also based on quiz grades). A lesson by lesson time can be detrimental to students who need to spend more time on one section than another when the learning requirements we need to meet allow it.
The student will need to see the timer. A count down timer would be the best. Once the time is done they see something like "You have met the time requirements for this Lesson" or if a total course time instead of lesson "You have met the time requirements for this Course"
We should be able to specify no timer, just lesson timer, just course timer or both lesson and course timer for each course.
This needs to be a wordpress plugin.
