Changing old site to new business- switch content and pages around

Need someone expert at wordpress design. Most text will be copy and paste from other site. I need to change the page sequebce as well as add things such as a section that may only be accessed by those with a password to see which will include printable documents so that they may be printed from anywhere from anyone who has the password. It will also have a rollodex with a search fearure so they can search through the listings quickly. Also the ability to click on that info and print it out on thr top of the printable pages. This is easy compated to what it has now. No high bids for easy jobs lol
