I am currently using the Visual Composer element "Form Manager" to display some web forms in my pages. I am moving over to Formidable Forms instead of Contact Form 7 and need to format the new forms to match the ones already formatted in VC for my theme. Should be setup in Formidables "Styles" section.
There are 3 forms.
Partner Page - Same form, 2 different styles. 3 fields plus submit button
Signup page - 4 input boxes and a multiple choice option.
- There is a phone number field here that I want to have format the number automatically with dashes in like: 555-555-5555, we can allow a 1 prefix also so 10 digits max, spaced then like 1-555-555-5555
- Although the "name" field has just 1 input box i would like the fname and lname to be separated upon submission so my crm can catch the Fname and Lname as seperate fields.
- I want to add a custom field that allows users to enter a company domain name to complete an input box with the second part static. Example; The input box ends in a non editable text ".[login to view URL]" and they will choose the first part only to make "[login to view URL]". I will show an example from another site.
Contact page form - 5 fields, phone number should be formatted same as above.
I have created the fields and forms already so its just matching the css from fields from my template to the styles section of Formidable.
