Add a before&after price on featured image for posts

I have a website where I am selling tours. I need the featured image for posts/pages to have a before and after price displayed on top of it. So I would need an field that is editable when I edit the post where I can display the old price and new price. The old price should have a line through it. If you look at the screenshot then you can see roughly how it should look. I would like the text to be white and also have some background in order for it to be visible if the background of the image is white. So I would like to the be semi transparent but gray/black the background. Also the previous number (9900) should be overlined to display that is the old price.
