I would like my site to be converted from html4 & some html5 to wordpress; including custom themes for the index and several other areas of my site. Since I don't want my site down during the transition my web host said Wordpress can be automatically installed and placed in a folder until it is ready to be moved to the main folder. This is a larger site as it has been online for 19+ yrs. There are 7 major areas of my site with approximately 100 pages that need to be converted to wordpress, most of the others can remain as they are. Also, I shall need this person to update pages 6 times a year for various annual events. If I'm not clear then I do apologize as I am not really familiar with how wordpress works and the terminology.
