Debugging Windows based software

We have two softwares LRC to mp4 This runs well on xp pro but not on windows 7,we need it tested and have it work on 7 lrc maker This runs well and we need it tested on 7 and any suggested improvements ..prehaps add a hot key Mostly this is evalvation the devolper of the lrc to mp4 can not be contacted The lrc maker guy can be contacted but is real buzy which why im posting this ## Deliverables * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Thursday Oct 20, 2011 5:30:32 PM: I dont have the source codes as the developer is in Algeria and can not be contacted threw [login to view URL] only issues was running on win 7 the lrc maker shows error 380 on some windows xp installs and works well on others .
