BEncoding (torrent read/write) class VB.net

Hello, I require a class or set of small classes in full VB.NET that will be able to decode and encode using the BEncoding format. This will be to create and read .torrent files. The links found with this post contain most of the information to do this and should be a simple task for someone with decent VB.NET knowledge. The worker must provide the class(es) and show a small working example which will create a valid .torrent file containing multiple files.
