add 2 features to a basic programmed game

I am looking for someone to code the following into the game. 1) Instead of loading everything at game startup it should load only what is needed ( to save on ram ) 2) the ability to select who interferes during the match ( this is a wrestling game ) game is written in blitz3d ( basic based )
