The prototype project used to help Deaf people who had difficult to understand the standard language. Requirement 1. The user should be able to scan barcode and relink to youtube video. 2. The user should be able to browse few books in catalogue and watch video each pages. 3. The video file should be stored at Azure cloud. 4. The system should be implemented with Window Phone/Mobile platform. 5.
