Configure a very fancy wordpress theme with all it's options

I purchased a very fancy wordpress theme that is to complex for me to configure. I'm putting together a Directory of Restaurants in Crystal Lake, IL. The theme & its options can be found here at: <[login to view URL]> I need this site configured with all the options activated. I need all the restaurants in Crystal Lake, IL on the wordpress site by category ie. Chinese, American, Italian, Greek, Fast Food, etc. I want a side bar with a button that has a link to each section of restaurants. Again a button on the sidebar would say Chinese, American, Italian, etc that a customer would click on and be brought immediately to the correct section of the website. I need the 4 photo sections at the top to be configured so I can add photos of 4 seperate featured restaurants. Before I add the photos I'd like to be able to have something that says "Featured Listing" in each section but I'd need to be able to remove that if I need to. Each listing of the restaurants in Crystal Lake, IL will have just a basic listing of name, address and phone #. It would be in the center of the website and be from top to bottom by category. The theme is already installed and just needs to be configured. This should be exceptionally easy for coders with wordpress experience. I may have asked for things that are not compatible with this theme. If that is the case please let me know it and why so I can adjust. When I choose a coder I will then give them the login and password so they can go in directly to the website to configure everything for me.
