I don't know if this project is possible but I'm looking for someone who can create a dynamic URL generator based on the users location/ip address. For Example: A user in California visits my website. I want to redirect this user to a specific landing page for users based in California I can geo-target based on country but not by state which is why I need a dynamic url that send users to specific pages based on their location/state. Again I'm not sure if this is possible but it would be great to find out.
