collaborate with friend on educational website

My friend who is also my parter is building me a website that has its own video classroom. We will need a forums board for students as well. The forums board should have a chat function as well. We will need to be able to have students log in and enter forums . Obviously we want people to be able to post messages on a shared forum. The forum should be managed by the teacher.
