About mobile website

I have prepared the template frame work which will serves as front end of over view layer. This will contain multiple template, database and cross link page on parent page.

The proposed domain is will be given upon approval after bid. The sample of templates for each pages and templates will be listed in the instruction line.

The mobile website must be an education web template with the following feature.

It will contains 16-20 pages with the following features

Video upload, online class room, students grading system, doc tracking system, classified profile to staffs and students portal, online exam, ads for new update, community development, journal online peer to peer review page, web purse for online users, well profile module.

I want to develop cross platform chat rooms mobile app with sample of 2go app with little modification and will be deploy to google store.
